Alex Snape-Rogers is a former Amazon exec with nearly 15 years of experience helping some of the biggest brands in the world drive customer and employee behavior change.

She’s a seasoned business operations and strategy professional and a twice-over chief of staff for Amazon leaders. At Amazon, she also built integrated insights, operations and strategy programs and teams. Prior to Amazon, she built a foundation in client service and storytelling in an agency setting, at Ketchum, then Code + Theory. Throughout her career she has mentored and coached early-stage startups on everything from investor pitch decks through operations and go-to-market.

Her super power is taking disparate data sets and people and mixing them together to drive results. Curiosity and coaching are the hallmarks of her career.

Alex holds a master’s degree in quantitative social science research from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she focused on consumer psychology, consumer / brand relationships and conscious capitalism. She also has an undergraduate degree in journalism. Originally from Wisconsin, Alex now lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two daughters and two cats.

Named for her daughters (whose names mean Lively and Star, respectively) and the future she wants to build for them, Lively Star is part of Alex’s mission to drive meaning with her career.
